This site was perfectly made for an ADU. The simple layout of the building, large central court, and large rear yard, made designing this 1-bedroom apartment a breeze. We were able to get natural light from multiple sides of the building, which makes this unit feel bright and sunny throughout the day. Even better, we were able to create direct access from the unit to the beautiful outdoor space at the rear of the property.
