This site included 2 projects. The first was the legalization of an unwarranted unit at the ground floor by the lobby. The second was conversion of (2) garage spaces, utility rooms, and storage spaces into (2) new accessory dwelling units, also adjacent to the lobby. Altogether, we were able to install (3) new dwelling units here, including (1) 2-bedroom/2 bathroom unit, and (2) 1-bedroom units.

With a deep front yard and ample side yards, these units have a feeling of privacy and quiet, despite being on a major thoroughfare.
