We absolutely love doing accessory dwelling units (ADU’s). For us, it’s incredibly meaningful to be able to help contribute to solving the housing crisis. Our team has created over 275 units in the city of San Francisco in the past 4 years with our small 5-person team. We’re incredibly proud of this accomplishment and endeavor to creating as much housing as we can.
This project is our largest ADU project so far, with 19 new units planned in just 1 building! The site is incredibly unique, occupying a full city block, just 1 block away from Ocean Beach. Not only will this project create 19 new apartments of all sizes, we will also be creating 2 affordable housing units in this project. When these are finished, they will be a surfer’s dream.
